A super hotel and spa where we had a fabulous experience from start to finish. Staff, food, location of room , evening event and the spa were all excellent . We had a lovely view from our room overlooking a pretty courtyard. The village shops are very close by and some quite unique items were available. Can't wait to stay again soon.

Had a very relaxing day. Made to feel welcome, spa treatments excellent. Lovely afternoon tea, all ready for us at time agreed, nobody rushed us, very chilled,the only downside at lunch was the two young waiters, a little bit useless! But the spa amenities made up for it! All in all a very chilled day.

Excellent stays, fabulous Spa, and Amazing breakfast, too good.
Would highly recommend it for both business travellers and couples. It located in a beautiful location and the hotel with its rooms are very nice.

Great lunch after late arrival, staff were helpful and attentive. Quick and efficient check-in, both girls and David advised us about Spa and bar area. Friendly and nice staff .

Sadly the owners have sacrificed the beautiful views from this property in favour of housing development within the hotel's grounds.
Although the gym is amongst the best I've experienced at a hotel, the cleanliness in the men's shower area need to be stepped up during the day
Restaurant staff are exceptional however the dinner menu is very limited . If you were to take out the steaks, there would be very little there

Really wish we'd taken advantage of the spa as it looked awesome. Check in was quick and efficient.
Room was adequate but in need of some better cleaning. Crisps on the carpet and hair on the bathroom floor. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast needs some attention - whilst there was plenty of variety some of it was dry and not really presentable or edible.
Cost of the stay was reasonable.

Just home from a lovely overnight stay with my daughter (her present to me for Xmas). The staff were so friendly and polite, spa facilities were great and food was lovely. We will definitely be returning x

Excellent service beautiful surroundings very friendly staff I would recommend this for anyone who wants a relaxing day I felt very special as I'm going through cancer at the moment it was a beautiful day and the sauna was beautiful day and me and my friend really enjoyed the whole day. The Afternoon tea was absolutely gorgeous the scones were still warm and the cakes were amazing I'd definitely recommend this place again the staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to tend to our needs

Stayed here many times and is by far our favorite hotel with excellent spa facilities and food, we have stayed in many different spa hotels over the past few years but the last Drop Village always comes out tops, no doubt we will be back again soon

Good Check in was very over exaggerated by Yvonne the lady who dealt with it and because of her actions it took over 20mins and know else was even before or after me. 😡. Then she could clearly see the size of my case and luggage, and then sent me to an out side building where I had to carry my heavy luggage down a flight of stairs then outside and up loads of stairs , I wasn’t expecting this I stay in hotels 4/5 nights a week And I’ve never come across this once “Check your staffs actions “

The level of service we recieved was amazing. The food was amazing. All came out hot and well presented. Cant thank enough two people.
One being Liz for all her ward work up to the wedding. Sorting everything out and making us both feel at ease. Liz was brilliant from the time we met to the actual day. She showed us warmth and professionalism. Shes down to earth and makes you feel part of the family. She helped sort all things out how ever big or small.
Liz now feels like shes part of our family now. Cant thank you enough. Amazing person with a heart of GOLD.

Second person is Nicola for being our wedding day co ordibator. She made us feel at ease and really felt she cared.
Her warmth and kindness showed from the first time we met and throughout our day. She showed willing and cared what we wanted. These 2 ladies are worth there weight in gold and more.

Cant thank you both enough. You guys made our day that bit extra special.

A great location with brilliant staff. Room was a little tired but bed excellent and had a great nights sleep. Food excellent one night then cold the next. Food in the coffee shop again great on the Thursday but the worst afternoon tea on the Friday and they shut after we left at about 2.30pm.

Wow where do I start! FANTASTIC experience !!!!!!! Cannot fault one second of it!! Liz was our wedding planner and wow she pulled out all the stops for us made sure we where relaxed planning and on the day it went so so smoothly! Perfect!! I stayed the night before with my maid of honour in the biggest suite, wow!! Perfect !! Got ready on my big day in my room and enjoyed the day, as it was raining Liz even came up to my room with umbrellas, made sure all my flowers came to my room, sent my hairdresser up I didnt have to do a THING! So relaxed! They brought me and my maid of honour breakfast in bed and Had our big day and they were so generous with the arrival drinks and the wine pouring throughout the whole meal, nobody had to buy a drink untill after the speeches! So impressed with the level of customer service ! And the meal what spot on! Even one of my guests is a top chef and he was impressed! Beautiful atmosphere beautiful food I would 100000000% recommend you to have your wedding here if your thinking of doing it ! We had our reception in the penny farthing and had it decorated and even with out all of that it still would of been stunning ! They have all twinkley lights set up on the beams and it's just gorgeous ! I even had 2 people not turn up (I let them no prior to day) and they let me change it to have a extra nights stay so we could have a mini moon! I had a further person not turn up on the day who was supposed to, and then an extra 2 turn up who wasnt supposed to! And they just dealt with it all super chilled and professional!! They helped with all my extras I.e photo booth set up etc I literally could just sit back and relax! After the day we went back to the room and they had cleaned it all and made it look stunning with petals on the bed it was so lovly. Then the next day we had breakfast in bed and it was top notch! We then had a late check out went for a swim and went to a different suite as another bride booked the one I was in for that day, so we stayed in the suites on the little square and again did not disappoint! Spotless again and robes all the little touches like chocolates and water bottles tea coffee. Then we went to the restaurant for a meal, they still treated us like royalty! Had 2 steaks beautiful food, went back to the room and then the next day checked out late after breakfast. So welcoming and I wish I could do it all again x THANKYOU!!
