An excellent hotel, super friendly staff.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The reception staff could teach a lot of other hotels how it should be done. First class in every aspect. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. All in all a very pleasant experience.

the staff at this Hotel go overboard to be helpful specially the staff in the restaurant for Breakfast , nothing is too much trouble for them. > 10/10
room 104 the bathroom was very small i kept banging my arm on the shower glass when getting up from the loo ..plus the hairdryers are far too big ..there is no drawers to put underwear either , these are my only complaints.. ps the beds are very comfy ..

Exceptional service from being checked in to checking out, lovely helpful staff, the room was bright and clean and had a fridge, safe, iron, ironing board and hair dryer as well as plenty of plug 13 amp sockets with USB sockets, lovely shower with toiletries included, I had and evening meal in the restaurant which was really tasty and value for money and I had a really nice buffet breakfast which I prefer because you can pick and choose what you want, I travel a lot and Holiday Inn is my favourite

Holiday Inn Express, Bolton would be my first choice stay, if I visited another time.
Breakfast had multiple options from English Fried Breakfast to Fruit and Yoghurt. Bed was comfy and the room was in a quiet location. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Loved the Hydration station and I even met the lady who' explained to me how she made it. Chef's secrets are not always forthcoming.
That the swimming pool was not available.

Lovely stay, but the car park was rather awkward. The bays were small despite parking with a tiny car.
If you're using the underground car park, be sure to plan your journey well. If you happen to leave when the delivery comes, you'd have to wait for the staff to finish loading and unloading as the truck was blocking the exit.
