Velikost hrnků a skleniček mi tu vadí. Člověk aby si vzal tři skleničky když se chce napít

Efficiently run Hotel.

They have two good car parks, one underground, also a few NCP paid parking near by. I had no issues parking in the Hotel.

Good WiFi, my room was newly decorated.

During my stay at the holiday Inn I found your staff were very pleasant and lovely people so welcoming and helpfull I was stuck with a few problems one evening I asked for help this young man helped me I think he was called Luke he was so helpful and polite you should be very proud of your lovely staff especially that young man. I enjoyed my stay and I will certainly be returning in the future.

I was quite surprised to read so many negative reviews about this hotel.
I stayed there Saturday 10th December, there was obviously a Christmas meal being set up in the restaurant and the hotel was at full capacity. Despite this, the girls on reception did a fantastic job of checking everybody in quickly and professionally and with a smile on their face.
I'd booked a double room however was allocated a twin room on arrival as hotel fully booked. Not a major issue as I was travelling on my own.
The room was spotless and in nice proportion.
I had a wardrobe malfunction before going out and after phoning through to reception they had a sewing kit ready for me in minutes.
I would recommend this hotel to others if staying in the area. Staff are ultimately what make a good hotel and the staff here did a fantastic job

Functional hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was horribly warm though - air con set point is 23.5C and can only move this +/-3C each way - even then, air con is extremely noisy so not possible to sleep with it running.

Stayed for a night on business and found it most pleasant.

The hotel has great gym facilities with machine weights, free weights and cardio machines, as well as a swimming pool and sauna which were lovely.

Parking is free underground and the bar is open until 3am.

Staff were super attentive and made every effort to create a takeaway breakfast for myself and my colleagues as we had to leave before breakfast was due to open.

This kind of service is an example of one the reasons I keep using IHG hotels.

Will stay again and would recommend.

Worst Holiday Inn I have stayed in {and have stayed in many}
Stayed for 1 night having attended a wedding.
Check in fine but then had to return to reception as I wasnt set up to charge items to room despite being identified as Priority Club member and card being pre-authorised.Then realised they hadnt offered me bonus points or free points until i went back to reception.
Wedding and reception held in lovely room, an old church, absolutely lovely. Reception meal average with amateur service, in the evening the "hot" food wasnt, fish and chips completely cold, sandwiches uninspiring.
Bedroom clean but room and bathroom tired, bed was so soft it was uncomfortable and hardly slept.
Breakfast very poor, had to set own table, poor selection, no eggs available, when I asked a member of staff said they were on the way and would be couple of minutes.
When the eggs did arrive carried out by a Manager, there were only a few and were lukewarm suggesting they had been waiting to out of the kitchen for some time.
Overall disappointing stay, a lovely venue for the wedding run by ineffective management and staff showing no interest in service standards.
Bedrooms tired and ready for a refurb!

Stayed here for two days while on a business trip, the staff are excellent very friendly and welcoming
I recommend staying in room 225 on the second floor which was dated but very warm and comfortable with no noise from the road and from other guests, it’s the last room on the landing situated directly in front of the stairs very convenient for heading down stairs to reception, restaurant, bar or the underground car park of which I would avoid due to the tight spaces in between the pillars I would recommend parking in the outdoor carpark.
The shower is excellent with lots of water pressure, I loved it.
The food was standard but the breakfast was excellent you can request to have breakfast in bed which I found to be very handy as the restaurant can be very busy in the morning.
Free unlimited Wi-Fi with no password is a bonus
I would stay again if in the area.

I've stayed in this hotel many times and always found it fine in the past but in my opinion it is now in need of a facelift. We booked a 'standard room' several weeks in advance which turned out to have twin beds as there were apparently no double rooms available. We were expected to sign an agreement to pay for additional room cleaning if there was evidence of smoking in the room. The agreement stated that this could be deducted AFTER we had left the hotel. This is the first time I've been asked to sign such a document and as non-smokers find this offensive. The staff were distant and not really very helpful, one of the two lifts was not working.
We had a room on 4th floor which was clean and comfortable enough. They were a bit mean with their tea bags - three per day between two of us! Breakfast was fine.
Parking is challenging. Be aware there's an underground car park with small bays at difficult angles. The overflow car park was full both nights we stayed.

We arrived for a twin room as a really special Christmas treat to visit a relative and for us all to have quality time together, disabled parking and plenty car park spaces around. From outside pleasant looking 4 star holiday inn, bright, well lit reception area,on the right ground floor restaurant open for breakfasts and dinner, menu adequate at night extra bonus was chefs specials which were excellent. On the left ground floor bar area, bar menu available most of day, same basic restaurant menu,no specials but adequate if out for lunch, meeting for coffee,or drinks. On outside of holiday inn,at front left smoking area the smoking area, well utilised,as drinks flowed got pretty loud.Poblem with men asking for change, cigarettes, lifting tabbies of ground suggest cctv in that area for protection of youngsters who were female and very inebriated.Receptionist, harassed, asked about my IHG points-2 free drinks on arrival, points to be added to card, had to get all points and points for the drinks offer put onto my card by very apologetic receptionist on night before we left, first receptionist not interested and more concerned re queue.I am disabled and the lovely receptionist next to ours could see I was breathless due to breathing problems, tried to get someone to help with our luggage and as she couldn't get us help, carried it herself, she showed us to our room and every time we saw her her manner was pleasant, helpful and reassuring. Our room, well lit, bathroom spacious enough even for two women and all their toiletries!Bath/shower,4 star rating fell on the bit of devils tape holding the bath panel together!then adjacent to bath panel a hole through tile area?Room big, clean, wide, easy to move around we darent use the easy chair as the bottom had burst through it,not very nice to see sloppy room checks not picking up on this?We ordered room service, very impressed at level of service, three quarters of pizza binned, awful, tasteless, prawn sandwich had shell in it otherwise average food but served and presented well by fantastic, polite, helpful staff. We asked for room to be left as there for a number of days and happy to make our own beds and see to towels.Tv easy to use, good choice of channels and really not a noisey room,we could hear functions nearby but no bother at all, beds clean and comfy. So what about oh my,while putting stuff in car at about 9 pm we both had a rat each night run over our feet,I was petrified,it is city centre,we will be back but yuk I am glad I had my stick!

Sadly not quite the usual Holiday inn standard. Reception and communial areas were well presented. Room was spacious but wallpaper peeling off the walls, carpet run down, shower had mould. Beds comfy and breakfast was excellent.

Stayed for just one night. Staff were friendly and the overall service was good. Easy to find but only just squeezed into the car park so if the Hotel is full there could be a struggle there. Would stay here again

I can't praise the staff at this hotel highly enough. 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids shared a very spacious and well-equipped room for a week. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The kids loved the breakfasts in the morning, they can be fussy eaters so that was a huge relief! The children were most impressed by the cleaning lady who rearranged their teddies:) All of the staff made such an effort with the children.
We also found the location to be excellent. A short walk around the back of the hotel leads to a gorgeous new shopping centre, cinema and restaurants. The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Bolton where you will find shops, library and museums. The free underground car park is very useful and we also made good use of the swimming pool. The food was lovely in the hotel bar in the evening, not too expensive.
I can't recommend this hotel highly enough for those with families. It can be difficult being away from home with small children and it is the staff who make all the difference.
