Fantastic place for a quick stop over in Bolton. Room was exceptionally clean, 409, bed very comfortable and the staff were absolutely amazing. Thank you for making my flying visit an enjoyable one.

Here for a Masonic function. Food fabulous Entertainment fabulous and Alpesh a real gem Very attentive and actually spoke to you which was nice. He was on breakfast the next morning too still chatty and helpful.

Excellently comfy bed, superior breakfast including awesome sausages and a lovely fresh fruit bowl. I usually don't have issues in hotels but I did have a couple of minor ones here (broken radiator and faulty coffee machine, these things happen no big deal) but for service you get 10/10 for speed of sorting things out and beautiful helpful customer service manner while doing so. In particular I want to mention Dipak, Duty Manager and his breakfast team.
But this is such a friendly welcoming place to stay. Also with the window closed you cannot tell there is a road any where near!

Can't fault this hotel, good location just a short walk in to the centre of Bolton, very clean comfortable rooms and amazing breakfast.
There are limited spaces in the car park but I didn't have any problems parking however if you have a large van you may struggle.

This week has been IHG appreciation week. They have made all the guests feel incredibly welcome and had lots of fun with the games and promotions they have set up in reception.
Really are a credit to their brand. 10 put of 10!!!

I booked this hotel very last minute & the service was fantastic.
The rooms were lovely, hospitality excellent & breakfast was perfect too.
Special mention goes out to Alpesh he was fantastic, very helpful and full of energy on a Sunday morning, his service was exemplary.
Parking was good, spaces a bit tight but most hotels are like this so wasn’t a problem for me.
I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone staying there & I would most certainly use their services again.

Excellent hotel, good central location. Staff (Alpesh and his team) were flexible to open breakfast early to accommodate my team of sports officials prior to early event at the Jason Kenny Centre.

Very lovely place. It was my first time in Bolton. Getting to the hotel was really easy. There was no difficulty locating the hotel. Parking in the underground car park was quite straightforward, although the spaces are quite tiny. Check-in was very smooth, despite getting there at about midnight, which was a huge relief. The staff were so lovely and friendly. The elevator works well. The room looks really nice. Well decorated, very tidy. However, that standard bed was the only part I didn't like. I wish it was bigger, but I guess it was what I booked. But every other thing in the room was perfect.
I will definitely pop by the next time I'm in Bolton, but I will go for a bigger bed. Overall, it was a really nice place to stay

Nice room even though the shower room was a little small but clean.
Breakfast was brilliant.
Evening meal was good but not big choice if you have a diet problem though the cheff did make me omelette even though it's not on the menu.

Very friendly staff who really appeared to be interested in helping their guests. Rooms were a good size, breakfast lovely and just a short walk to the local nightlife. Special mention to Alpesh for whom nothing was too much.
