Ulverston's annual Fashion Week starts this Saturday the 10th of October to the 17th of October - with lots of the local Ulverston retailers taking part.
One of the highlights of this unique event are the live models in some of the shops - certainly bound to catch the eye of visitors to the town.
On the Wednesday evening there is a Fashion Show at the Coronation Hall and this is always a sell out event so get your tickets quickly to avoid disapointment! Tickets are on sale in local shops or from the Coro or even on Ebay this year
For the perfect hat or fascinator to finish off that special outfit - dont forget to try Mad Hatters from Baycliff that is run by Caroline Hicks and her mother. With a stock of over 400 hats and fascinators they can find something to suit all ages and styles. They can even add trimmings to match a particular outfit.

There's always a bit of friendly rivalry going on between them to see who has got the finest ensemble on the day and Caroline has to keep each hat a closely guarded secret until the big event!
