Can you dance, sing, act or have a secret talent?
The auditions begin in Ulverston on 14th July and move to Barrow on 21st July.
They’ll then be holding call backs in September with a live audience and then the big final at the Coronation Hall at the end of Nov/beginning of December.
The money that they raise will be going to two charities.
James Daniel Farrow from Dalton is organising Lakes Got Talent said: “At the moment we’re just setting things up. We’ll be fully promoting the event in May when we will be get t-shirts, posters and leaflets made”.
“At the moment we’re trying to drum up sponsorship for the event as we currently have no budget. We are hoping to get some celebrity faces to come and judge the final at the Coronation Hall in Ulverston.
