The annual Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) and Furness Enterprise ‘Spotlight on Dealing with Change' event to be held at Abbey House Hotel, Abbey Road, Barrow in Furness, LA13 0PA on Monday 26th March 2012 at 5.30 pm.
The guest speaker is Mark Clough, a successful inspirational speaker, who has extensive experience from working in the recruitment sector. Mark's experiences from the past 25 years within this fast paced and dynamic industry have given him an incredible insight into the behaviours of people, organisational change and a variety of management philosophies. This understanding now allows him to speak with confidence to organisations and businesses wishing to bring about changes in their culture and attitudes leading to positive results.
