Hindpool Tigers Cubs hold mini rugby league training sessions at Furness College Sports Hall on Fridays between 6 and 7 o’clock. The sessions are open to both boys and girls aged 4 and 5 and it’s only £1.50 per session. For more details email hindpooltigers@hotmail.com
Barrow AFC community sports are holding Christmas activities for 5 – 11 year olds during the school holidays. They’ll be taking place at Chetwynde School from December 21st – December 23rd. The sessions will be centred round football and other fun games. Sessions will run from either 9 or 10am and finish at 3pm each day. Ulverston RL weekly coaching sessions are at their Priory Road base, beside the Ulverston Leisure Centre artificial pitch. Come along on Thursdays between 6 and 7 o’clock in the evening. Lindal Netball Club is holding junior coaching sessions every Thursday. They take place until Christmas at Hoops, Barrow from 6pm – 7pm. Children from Year 8 – 11 are very welcome.
