I cannot rate Tracy too highly! She has just made me the most beautiful hat for my daughter's wedding. It was universally admired and I felt so special. The whole process was easy and such fun. I'm not a natural hat wearer but Tracy's skill, patience and enthusiasm made me feel really comfortable and confident. I need an excuse for another! Thank you!

Tracy created a fascinator to compliment the dress for my son's wedding. The service she gave was fantastic including appointments out of hours. From the moment I made enquiries about a hat for my son's wedding Tracy was fantastic. Opening the shop on a Sunday so I could try different styles, changing all the hat decorations to match my outfit perfectly. My mother and I both got hats made by Tracy for a wedding. We both love our hats and couldn't rate Tracy enough. She let us take our dresses and shoes so we could carefully design a hat to suit the style and colours of the outfits. The hats are fabulous! And Tracy listens to what you want. Thank you!!

Went to see Tracy for advice on the type of hat I could wear for my daughter's wedding in May 2019 at Abbey House Hotel. Tracy was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what would be right for me. She spent time with me looking at my outfit for the day and matching the style of hat to achieve the right look for me. I felt so special on the day and the hat was........ a maze ing..... I have had the absolute pleasure of modelling for Tracy over the past 8 years and I have loved every minute of it. Hats are not just hats when they are made by her, they are a piece of art. I’ve never met a person so passionate about what they do. For her it’s not a job, it’s something she loves. Every hat I have worn has such detail and elegance. They make me feel beautiful and I’ve had nothing but amazing compliments. One thing amongst many others that I love about Tracy is her honesty. She will not allow you to wear something that doesn’t suit you. She will always make something bespoke and completely unique to compliment your style. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for something with a WOW-factor. She has won awards for her outstanding millinery and on top of that she has made a bespoke hat for Boy George and worked with Gok Wan. I think that alone speaks for itself.

I have bought 3 hat's of Tracy up to now. Two she made especially 1 for me and 1 for my husband for Ascot and both were absolutely amazing exactly what we were after. A couple of weeks ago we had a wedding and i spotted a hat in her shop tried it on and fell in love with it so nxt step was to find and outfit to go with it.
