Visited Tracy when I needed a M-o-B hat, the experience was enjoyable and the hat fabulous. Tracy was very knowledgable, helpful and with plenty of ideas. The hat received many compliments and I look forward to having it re trimmed for another event in the future.

I was up in Ulverston with my mum and we walked passed Traceys lovely shop and I knew I had a wedding coming up so we popped in and had a little fun trying on the wide range of styles and colours made by Tracey herself! It got to four days before the wedding and due to not having enough time to buy one and get one fitted in the shop at the time I phoned Tracey to see if there was anything she could do. I don't think she could have possibly done anything more to help, we were on facetime every night discussing styles colours and options.. and Tracey handmade me two to choose from, made them within a day and had them posted to me on the Thursday to arrive on the Friday! All of this in 3 days total with a beautiful fascinator to finish with!! So so pleased to have used Tracey to complete my outfit and I would 100% recommend such a lovely lady too to top it all of, you'd be lucky to have her assistance!

When my daughter got married last year and wanted something very 'her' to match her wedding dress I booked her an appointment with Tracy. She would never have thought to have feathers and pearls in her head dress but we trusted Tracy's expertise and the result was simply stunning. Thank you Tracy.
