I was in Eastbourne for the day waiting for my son to return from an expedition.

This coworking space is in great location, in the centre of town located inside the Beacon shopping centre. I was warmly welcomed by Eimear who signed me and gave a short tour around the the shared space.

There are a number of bookable meeting rooms and at least 2 sound proof pods to make confidential calls. There are 2 banks of desks with monitors you can use, first come first served or you can book a desk with a monitor in advance. Internet speed was very good. Despite the office having around 10 people when I visisted, it was very quiet, people were respectful of those around them when they were doing calls.

You get coffee, tea, milk and dairy free alternative milk. Communal fridge if you're bringing your own lunch.

Both Eimear who welcomed me and Nicola who signed me out were very friendly, a great credit to the Foundry.

Overall a great a experience, I would visit again if I needed to work in the area.

Tip for finding it. Enter via the Terminus Road entrance opposite Buffet Time Restaurant, then it's just inside on the left, next to MOSS/MiniSo.

Lift problems Location and clean Lift not working for whole stay, it was not working when we stayed in spring either. Service lift working but small, when it did reach 4th floor people in it wanting to go to ground floor. Ended up taking luggage down stairs.
