As the nights draw in and autumn settles over Somerset, there’s one event you won’t want to miss — the annual bonfire and fireworks spectacular held at Oake Manor Golf Club in Oake. Mark your calendar for Saturday 1 November 2025, 5.00pm to 9.00pm — it’s set to be an unforgettable evening for all the family.

Walk All Over Cancer is a fundraising event that will run from Friday March 1st to 31st. This event is an annual fundraising and awareness raising event in which participants across the UK can be sponsored to walk 10,000 steps per day – about 5 miles or 8km. Sponsored walks are healthy and great fun and are best done amongst company, with all proceeds being donated to this outstanding cause.
