We are your regular customers and have always been very satisfied with both your food and service. However, today we had a disappointing experience.
We placed a small order through Deliveroo, and the estimated delivery time was around 18:10. Unfortunately, our order only arrived at 19:02, almost an hour later than expected.
The delay caused real inconvenience — especially as the person waiting for the sushi was very hungry and found it difficult to wait that long.
We are disappointed with this experience and hope that you can look into what caused the delay and take measures to prevent this from happening again.

From start to finish, i was happy with the service provided. Andy came out to measure the doors and provided great advice. The fitters Wayne & the boys were friendly, polite, and respectful of my home. They took great care fitting the doors and left the my home clean and tidy.
