He was here for almost an hour as there was quite a bit to put right. Doors are now working better than ever. Letting agents usually do not put any effort in building relationships with the tenants and focus only on the landlords. Sarah is not like this. From the initial interest in a property to handing over the keys, she always goes above and beyond for you. She did not have time to message you during the day and the matter was urgent? She would reply after her official business hours to ensure you have everything you need. Not sure about any provisions in your tenancy agreement? She would explain them in an accessible language. Honestly, I could not recommend Sarah enough; she is brilliant.
