With less than a week to the wedding I wasn't sure I'd be able to use it. Tim was incredibly helpful and prompt in having the ring sent off and resized for me in plenty of time before the wedding day. He also contacted me promptly during the whole process to check I was happy with the adjustments that would be made to the existing ring. When I received the ring, I couldn't be happier with the end result. Fit perfectly and the design was not compromised at all. Thank you so much for all your help Tim!
