Although our selling process was long, laborious and fraught with delays. Primarily to do with the Solicitors, property management company and leaseholder, completion eventually took place after 10months.
Adams and Jones tried very hard to push things along in difficult circumstances. The family firm were friendly, easy to communicate with and helped us through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to other people.

I've given 5 stars, as I am struggling to think of a thing that would have improved the service I received.
From the first meeting with Paul and establishing the asking price, to being constantly being updated, even when the update was "still chasing the buyer's solicitor" it was handled superbly.
Any seller is going to have anxious moments but the team fielded my questions admirably.
So thank you Becki, Poppy, Shelley and Zoe. I can't single out any member as they are all stars. Hope I haven't missed anyone !!

I recently bought and sold a house through these estate agents. From the beginning to the end of the process the I received outstanding service.
Matt came out to discuss the sale. He had done a lot of background work in to the area and previous sales to get a realistic price. This is not one of those agents that recommend an overpriced sale to get the business and then tell you to drop the price a few weeks into the contract. He gave excellent and honest advice on how to prepare the house for the sale.
All of the staff work as a great team and enquiries are dealt with efficiently and promptly. Always on the same day.
In my experience when a house is sold many agents take a less than active approach. Abby was brilliant. We were in a chain of 5. We had weekly updates about what was happening with every party in the chain. Her dedicated approach to keeping everything and everyone on track buyers, sellers, solicitors etc was brilliant. The sale process i believe was quicker as a result.
If I were to sell or buy a house in the future I would certainly use these agents. I have bought and sold several homes over the years and these are the best agents I have used by far

Outstanding from start to finish as always. I have used Adams & Jones numerous times, for my own, my daughters and even my mothers estate. As always they were and are superb in their knowledge and understanding of the unpredictable housing market, and the individual sellers needs and concerns. Always going above and beyond when your feeling anxious and hound them with many many emails, Yet they always get back to you promptly and strive to always answer your concerns as quickly and reassuringly as possible.
I can not recommend them highly enough, anyone who asks me which agent to use , I always say Adams & Jones if you want the best service, support and guidance.

The sale of my property wasn't immediately straight forward with one purchaser dropping out and second nearly dropping out at the last minute. The team at Adams and Jones, however, made what would have otherwise been a very stressful situation much easy by always keeping me up to date, keeping lines of communication open between myself and the purchaser and the respective solicitors, and always talking through the options at the various stages of the sale. Whatever problems were thrown their way, they were always in control - I never doubted their abilities to see the sale through to completion.
