'Time To Time' is the popular and quaint independent Clock and Watch retailer in Market Harborough with Accessories and Repairs, stocking more than 50 styles of Wall Clocks, 30 styles of Alarm Clocks and 'Umpteen' styles of branded adult and childrens Watches - all at highly competitive prices.
My wife has a 28 year old Breitling that we bought in Barbados for our 25th wedding anniversary. She wears it 24 hours a day. It has never missed a beat until recently when it stopped. As it is a 'Jolly Posh' watch we took it to the Breitling shop in Leicester who sent it off to their official repair place. We had an email from them. Basic repair cost £1800. That's without any warranty. Full repairs including new glass and replacement diamond £4,000 - ish. No thanks, I can buy a good watch for that. We brought it to Time to Time and the fault turned out to be that previously, Timsons had fitted a battery that was too thin and didn't quite touch the contacts properly. The lovely man (sorry I forget his name) at Time to Time saw this and fitted a new battery, a millimeter thicker than the old one. Now the watch is ticking away just like new. £1,795 saved. Anyone who posts less than five stars here needs a visit to the Geriatric Neurological department of their hospital.
