I love a good fish pie, but everyone's take on which fish to use is different. There are no set rules - I say use whatever you like as long as you enjoy it.
No limits, just tasty food based on your own preferences.
In the first of many I'd like to share some of my favourite recipes with you. There will be something for everyone over the coming weeks but this week I'm going to start with my favourite curry recipe which comes courtesy of BBC Good Food.

Yes, I know that we can have pancakes any day of the week (and if he can get away with it, then my son does!) but there's a purpose to today and it makes it okay to eat as many as you like without feeling the guilt!
