Our boiler stopped working in the middle of a cold snap and with 2 little ones at home we were in a bit of a panic. Even though it was evening, we got a reply straight away to our message. Dan came the next day and fixed it for us. We are so so grateful - will definitely use again. Thank you so much.

Saw a film this time on my visit.
Was a bit early so took advantage of the bar upstairs. I ordered a filter coffee which pleasantly came in a large mug and proper milk too which was a nice change. The venue is small but surprisingly spacious. Always immaculately spotless as are the toilets. Welcoming staff, always smiling. A must visit.

Came here for my birthday and had a great meal. We both had the fish and chips but my partner had a half portion which they did for half the price. Food was delicious and the peas were very minty. Would definitely come back if we’re in the area.

Great to go back to The Quay in Sudbury. A well run small theatre. Tickets on line, a parking space, a beer at the bar, helpful staff, a great band, a lovely atmosphere, made for a very enjoyable evening - long may they continue! For five stars..... I think the seats could be bolted down or braced a little more (when the 'senior cits' started bopping to the band I felt the need for a seat belt!😄) and perhaps some more light in the car park. Other than that, perfect!
