Midweek visit as a treat. Fairly standard but staff were very helpful. Couldn't get the machine to scan my prepaid ticket, turned out the scanner was broken on the machine I chose.

We visited St Neots Cineworld last Saturday 11th Sept to see Practical Magic 2. We had a very difficult journey to the cinema due to diversions and then arrived at Cineworld St Neots to find our our intended film had been moved to a later slot. We were quite upset by the days events. We would like to commend Sarah, the front of house manager, for her customer service and care. She made sure we had somewhere sit and wait, gave us complementary coffee and popcorn and generally took care of us. She is an exceptional member of your staff. Thank you Sarah, for all your kindness and care.

Very responsive to communications provided excellent information and kept me updated on schedule for installation of an AC unit. Physical installation was very efficient and tidy and kept to estimated time which is important for my situation. Professional and friendly throughout and happy to answer any questions. I highly recommend Pete and the team at Climatise Solutions, having had air conditioning installed in two rooms for a very competitive price. Pete is friendly and gave me useful advice on the most cost effective system. The installation was done efficiently and with no mess. The team worked really hard and nothing was too much trouble. I’m absolutely delighted with the excellent service, thank you all.

We love this pub. It has a lovely garden and serves delicious food. Their warm bread rolls and butter are to die for. The service is always friendly and you never wait too long for food. A little costlier to eat here than the average pub but worth every penny.

Lovely Sunday lunch. Only criticism would be the roast potatoes, they weren't roasted enough and were slightly undercooked/hard. They were the only part of the lunch I didn't eat.
