Hi, we used Binney and Sims Design to help us utilise the space and help design a new extension in our new home, we found them to be very efficient, proactive and innovative.
They were very flexible with tweaking and adjusting our plans to enable us to get the best out of our project and came up with some really good ideas.
We found them to be very knowledgeable within the area , knowing what our local council and parish council would be happy with, with regards to our design. This helped considerably as we were not having to re adjust drawings and re-submit , which saved a lot of time and money.
Great job Binney and Sims Design Ltd we will not hesitate in referring you in the future.

We moved into a house that was very small and impractical for modern family living. Thanks to Katie, our house is not only practical but a lovely space now.
She listened to what we needed and offered great ideas and designs, things we would never have thought of.
We also found a building company who spoke highly of Binney and Sims saying their plans were easy to follow and were able to carry out the design within budget.
We would recommend this company again.

Went for Sunday lunch today, although it was busy as Mothering Sunday the service and food was excellent, nice friendly establishment, with a good choice of lunches, puds etc. I had the lamb which was excellent, good portion, piping hot, well cooked veg, Yorkshire pud etc. Nice to have an option of complimentary sparking water instead of just still tap water. Wished I lived nearer as would love to visit but sadly on an all too short visit to the area from the not so scenic Midlands!

Small cinema but means not overcrowded. Plenty of room to stretch your legs and not be resticted by other seats. Very clean and facilities excellent. Parking very good and plenty of access for wheelchairs. All on one level in main area.

We Had a problem with online booking today and had to go into the st Neots cineworld to speak to a manager. His name was Ben and he was so helpful and sorted us out immediately very professional and friendly. 5star manager there x

Fantastic install! Pete installed a bespoke positive air system to a room in our facility. He did exactly what he said he would, when he would and it does exactly what we asked for. Would highly recommend.

From initial contact through the installation, Climatise Solutions were easy to do deal with. Installation was quick and clean. Any mess made was cleaned up, in fact apart from the new aircon unit on the wall you wouldn’t have known they had been there.
We’d definitely use Climatise Solutions again and would happily recommend them.
Just need some warm weather now to really test it out.
