Thank you for the excellent work carried out to our bathroom conversion into a wet room.
The guys who carried out the work were professional and helpful. Every aspect of the process was discussed with us to make sure it accommodated our needs. It looks great and works great!
As a disabled customer embarking on this plan caused initial anxieties as I am sure is understandable, but I can truly say as soon as work started those concerns vanish.
It is really quite difficult to put into words how pleased we are with the finished product and the brilliant service and workmanship.

Just had to write and say how pleased I am with my shower room you installed over the last few days, it really is a huge improvement to what my old one was, won't be ashamed when anyone wants to use it.

Thank you for the installation of my shower, also for the advice and help on the fittings (e.g. seat and hand rails). This was much appreciated and is a great help getting in and out of the shower with my disability. In fact I find getting in and out of the shower far easier than using the bath.
