Hi, we used Binney and Sims Design to help us utilise the space and help design a new extension in our new home, we found them to be very efficient, proactive and innovative.
They were very flexible with tweaking and adjusting our plans to enable us to get the best out of our project and came up with some really good ideas.
We found them to be very knowledgeable within the area , knowing what our local council and parish council would be happy with, with regards to our design. This helped considerably as we were not having to re adjust drawings and re-submit , which saved a lot of time and money.
Great job Binney and Sims Design Ltd we will not hesitate in referring you in the future.

We recently engaged Binney and Sims for a second time, and will continue to do so! Professional and friendly service - successfully submitting a planning application for a conservatory conversion at our home. Katie and Charlotte communicated really well all the way through and made sure any queries from the council were addressed in a timely manner. Binney & Sims generate confidence and are good value so highly recommend.

Went earlier in the summer and the food was excellent and service top notch, tried again recently and whilst the food was still very good little things let it down, certain items being slightly over done, fat not rendered down enough on the pork and asking twice for a bottle of water yet it never materialised etc.
They were very busy and probably a little rushed so would be happy to try it again a third time.
Overall a good solid dinning experience, just let down by little things
