Lovely pub , with nice food fairly limited menu though , the seating in the area near the bar has fixed tables and seats and we found it extremely uncomfortable which spoilt the visit hence the three stars.

Been going to this pub for many years on and off and I've never complained about the food.<br>But sadly today was totally different. Not good at all was gutted. Most things came out cold and we were the only ones in there eating as it was early.

Binney and Sims designed a ground-floor extension and garage conversion for us in late 2020, and provided a fantastic service. Katie, the architect, was incredibly helpful throughout the design process, creating a wonderful plan based on our initial wishlist. The team then managed the whole planning permission process on our behalf, making it totally painless. They also recommend an excellent construction company and briefed them on the work. We're delighted with the end results, and very grateful to all at Binney and Sims for turning our vague plans into really lovely extra living space.
