Improve your golf with Hilary Ruttley and Dean Jeeves, learning skills for optimal body swing movement, strength with flexibility, breathing awareness and concentration on the Course.
Yoga for Golfers is the highly successful instruction program developed by Katherine Roberts (well known to Golf Channel viewers), and used by amateur and professional golfers worldwide.
This introductory half-day will show you how golf-specific yoga can enhance the technical lessons taught by your Golf Professional and increase your enjoyment of the game.
Dividing our time between the yoga room and on the Course, the schedule will be:-
9.45 - 10.00am Introduction to Yoga for Golfers
10.00 - 11.20am Studio teaching with Hilary Ruttley
11.20 - 11.35am Break
11.45 – 12.45pm Yoga for Golfers™ on the Course with Dean Jeeves
12.45 – 1.30pm The next level for improving your golf; and opportunities at your Club
HILARY RUTTLEY is a qualified and experienced yoga teacher and a YFG trainer, personally accredited by Katherine Roberts. Her well-established yoga practice, Calm Energy Yoga, is based in Wimbledon Village.
DEAN JEEVES is Head Assistant to the Director of Golf at WPGC; he has experience of teaching both in the UK and overseas. Dean is a member of the PGA, and fully qualified to teach all standards of players.

She is a regular contributor to the Golf Channel and her golf fitness series Swing Fault Solutions continues to air in The Golf Channel’s international markets. Katherine has produced numerous DVDs and her books include Yoga for Golfers (McGraw-Hill), and Swing Flaws and Fitness Solutions, co-authored with Hank Haney. She is the yoga expert for the LA Dodgers and San Diego Padres.
