Have kick started the spring season with some great new Canape Masterclasses. These have gone down really well and now some happy Wimbledon residents have gone away armed with some fab new ideas to treat their friends. They loved my seeded soda bread as a base for the best smoked salmon and we quickly moved onto making tiny corn breads which were filled with rocket and pesto. Here are the canapes I demonstrated while the class of 10 took notes and quaffed Prosecco. It was great getting phone calls a few days later letting me know that the class had taken notice and were trying out my ideas. This is the menu we cooked.
