During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on men’s faces in the UK and around the world. The aim: to raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and other cancers that affect men.
A cash boost to mitigate the strain on public services has been welcomed by Merton Council ahead of next year’s Olympic Games in which Wimbledon will host the tennis.
