Always had a fear of dentist's since I was young and a bad experience a few years ago with another,
I find synergy fantastic, I had a tooth extraction a few months ago and the dentist was great. I hardly felt any pain during or after extraction.
I no longer feel as nervous or anxious about visiting. Thank you synergy. Friendly smile from reception also.

Fantastic dentist! I’m an extremely nervous patient so was sent to Synergy from my dentist, for a tooth extraction. I was in there for 30mins, lovely lady gave me the information and run through of the procedure. Both the ladies and gentleman dentist who did the treatment where fab. They put me at ease and I was awake before I knew it! Highly recommend! :-)

I cannot begin to explain how nervous I am with dentists with trauma starting as a child. For the last 10 years I’d managed to keep hold of a molar that was pretty much half filling. When the said filling cracked in two I was terrified that it was going to mean an extraction or root canal. As soon as I sat down in the chair I started to cry, I was that nervous. I was treated with professionalism and kindness as I was examined and given ALL my options. I could have just refilled it, I was told which would have more success. An X-ray confirmed I didn’t need root canal, yay! I was recommended a crown based on my needs a) durability and b)less invasive. I left with all the information to decide for myself, if I wanted a crown and what type. I had a few questions afterwards and the dentist kindly emailed my the responses. I’ve now had my tooth prepared for my new crown, completely painless and I was reassured throughout the whole process. I took advantage of the 0% finance for the remaining balance which was ideal for this time of year.

Have been a patient at the practice since the start of Synergy being in Preston. You’re teeth are in the best hands. Never forget Dr Altaf saying “If I have to extract a tooth, I haven’t done my job “. Need I have to say anything else? Feel fortunate to have such talented dentist.

Absolute great clinic at Blackpool, friendly staff and make you feel really comfortable, give lots of great advise too. Always get a chase up phone call the next day to make sure that you are happy with the service which is fab customer service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Can’t praise Doctor Lin and all her staff,so very professional caring and put me at ease from the very minute I decided to join Synergy,to anybody out there who is nervous,don’t put it off wish I hadn’t,never thought I would be laughing at the dentist.

Both me and my 7 year son come here and they are always friendly and professional. I was very nervous coming in this week because I always think the worst will need to be done but they did what they needed to do without any worrying needed. They are Covid compliant so there are no worries about that. Will not be changing surgeries any time soon.

Dr Bugasi and staff are extremely professional and friendly. Throughout the Covid they have continued with my Implant treatment, they have treated me with excellent reassurance whilst going through Implant surgery, caring and explaining the treatment each time.

Just had the first step towards my two front teeth implants. Pain free operation, but quite a bit of swelling now. Very happy how it went and it didn't seem like I was there for two hours. Dentist kept me informed as to what he was doing at every stage. Excellent.

I chipped one of my fillings when I was flossing as was so self conscious as it was at the front, but I called even during the pandemic and they got me as soon the next available appointment( a few days so I was thrilled) no needles needed painless

Went for my tooth extracted today at Synergy, love this dentist. So professional and friendly, every time I go there I feel comfortable and put at ease! Dr. Karim (upstairs) is the best dentist I’ve ever used, ever!! He’s lovely, and generally cares about his patients. He’s very gentle and is always honest from start to finish. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist. Nobody really likes a trip to the dentist but I guarantee this one won’t let you down. All the staff are great and I couldn’t recommend them enough if I tried, there a great team and reliable. And always smiling.......

Just had my first treatment ar Synergy. It was a filling given to my by Dr Mansoor Patel. Firstly the numb injection was given to me, this lasted 5 hours. During this I never felt a thing. I felt comfortable and in very professional hands thorough out the process. The whole operation was first class and recommend this to all

Synergy stepped up after my regular NHS dentist keep pushing back my routine appointment ( nearly a year since I’ve last seen a dentist ) quick appointment dentist was fab and helpful good check up and clean is all that was needed slightly more expensive than my NHS dentist as extra for PPE for the dentist which is fair enough in these uncertain times. This isn't your regular dentist surgery. If you, like me, haven't been to a dentist for a while, expect it to be a worse distaster than 2020, and would rather not have to go through it at all, I recommend this place. Everyone is so friendly, warm, and walk you through a plan for whatever your needs are. You genuinely feel looked after, and not just another visitor. Really glad I found this place.

Couldn’t rate this practice highly enough,the receptionist makes you feel welcome,friendly & chatty,the nurses totally professional making you feel
At ease,if you are a nervous patient I would recommend this place,I had not been to a dentist in 30 years,my teeth where in a very bad state,mo the top man was toatally honest with me,and sorted out a dental plan,I had my teeth capped and a couple of bridges put in,they look absolutely amazing,lots of friends have commented on how good they look,mo is the probably the best dentist in this town,highly recommended

Didn't see my normal dentist, but I was very happy with the young dentist that I saw! He was gentle, informative, respectful, and understanding. Defo see him again. I would recommend anyone who is nervous about going to a dentist to give Synergy a go!!
