I've started my treatment at synergy in Blackburn. I have to say so far the customer service has been amazing..from the friendly receptionist to the amazing dentist.
I have tried seeing many dentists in the past but no one ever understood what it is I wanted to get done but Dr Karim Rachidi is the first dentist who just got me!!!
I start my smile make over next week and can't wait!!
Definitely recommend everyone to check this place out and book yourself in with Dr Rachidi. 😀

I have dental anxiety. I haven't been to the dentist for several years so I was very nervous and embarrassed about my teeth being looked at. I was warmly welcomed and Mo Patel was so kind , compassionate and calm. All the team are friendly and professional. All treatment plans are discussed . I am now a patient at Synergy dental practice .

Once again I am very happy with my latest visit to the dentist. The visit was just for a checkup and all was well. The dentist that I see always makes me fell very comfortable and relaxed which is great for me as I must admit going to the dentist normally makes me nervous but here I don't. Brilliant.

I have been with synergy for over two years with my daughter also always great professional service all the staff are a credit to synergy, had to book on two emergencies of late and both times been so accommodating and friendly couldn’t recommend them enough.

Honestly, I am absolutely petrified of teeth, they really freak me out. But Adam at Synergy Dental Clinic is so professional and approachable, he made me feel more comfortable. All the other staff are very friendly too! Best dentist I’ve ever been too and I won’t ever change again now :)

Covid secure premises, I felt very safe. Reminders sent about appointments and what measures I needed to take prior to arrival. Pain free treatment I have never had such gentle needles and an outcome that makes me confident to smile again. Delighted with the result.

I attended Synergy with high expectations. I knew it was a private surgery and that I had registered for a private consultation. However the pricing was confusing and I had quite a few questions about the potential costs. Unfortunately they were struggling on the day as all of their iPads and internet had gone off.
The surgery clearly had a number of new staff (as they were shouting to each other across the waiting area) and I think one of the nurses was from an agency but had worked there before. We also heard someone saying that the clinic room being used wasn’t ready and was ‘filthy’ - I have to say, it certainly didn’t look it when I walked in but still not great to hear...
In the clinic room I had my assessment - all seemed fine. Except towards the end of my appointment where I realised the door had been left open for my entire appointment. My partner was in the waiting room and had heard the WHOLE consultation. Including the price quoted for treatment, my medical history, current medications and the outcome of my assessment.
I don’t think this is good enough. Patient confidentiality clearly isn’t a priority here.
I will most likely be finding another surgery or an NHS dentist in the area instead. When being quoted £400 for treatment, you surely should expect the basics of patient confidentiality to be followed?

I registered with Synergy when I started having problems with my wisdom teeth coming through. They made an appointment for me within just days of signing up and since then whenever I have needed to go back I have gotten an appointment just a couple of days after ringing up. They always send reminders of appointments and call beforehand as well as after an appointment to check that everything went ok and to ask if I was happy with the service. Staff are really friendly and made me feel very comfortable during treatments and check ups.

Great experience so far. Supportive staff, painless (for the most part!) extraction and fairly cheap fees compared to other dentists in the area. Saw me within days of enquiring and all the staff have gone out their way to help me with my needs! Definitely going to stay up to date with my dental care from now on at Synergy, once I’ve found somewhere I’m comfortable I always stay loyal! Thanks Synergy.
