After several cancelled appointment due to Covid - I finally arranged one for a check up.
The practice was very Covid compliant. Overboard and a bit disconcerting - but sadly necessary at the moment.
I had a routine check up and X-Ray. I am unusual in that I am nearly 60, but have never needed any treatment or even a filling. I received a thorough clean and it was easy and no problem. The dentist was very efficient and professional. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the cost. It was £62.10 and I have good teeth ! I wouldn't be able to afford bad ones. I appreciate that this is an NHS charge though. Luckily, I can afford it - but some people may not be able to and be reluctant to have necessary treatment.Apart from that - an excellent service.

From dismissal of any dental practice over years. At Synergy Dental your treatment and I’ve had various work now, the treatment from everyone and the work done from the dentition is certainly 5/5. I need not to worry and certainly not change from here ever.

After being at another practice for 45 years it was time for a change. I phoned Synergy and was greated by a lovely lady who thoughly explain the whole Synergy practice and registered me in giving me a check up appointment the very next day. The day came and I walked in to be greated by Kim the receptionist. She checked me in and answered all my questions. The Dental nurse collected me and showed me to the dentist who introduced himself as Mansoor. The examination and xrays were very confident and professionally carried out. I needed a filling and clean which was explained to me as a dental plan and a price. This was £140 cheaper than my previous practice. I thanked him booked an appointment with the receptionist for filling in 3 days time wow. The Website is very good and explains all the prices and staff. Thank you

One of the best decisions I ever made was to sign on to this dentist. Completely hassle free, in-out no waiting about, zero pain at all and I mean zero. Dentist keeps you in the loop about what they doing and why, they dont just mindlessly poke around. I would advise anyone to sign on to this dentist.

I sincerely can’t fault synergy dental clinic in Bolton.The best experience we’ve had so far!! My daughter age 14 who is currently undergoing Invisalign treatment with Dr Mo Patel and dental nurse Lauren has never felt so comfortable she’s thoroughly enjoyed her experience and the service is Amazing from the receptionist to the dentist!! Zaara is extremely excited and can’t wait to get them in soon.Thank you to Dr Mo and Lauren for making her feel at ease.highly recommend Synergy dental clinic.I definitely will be joining myself.☺️

Just changed to synergy dental clinic today due to recommendations.Dr Karim Rachidi was absolutely brilliant and I would highly recommend him and his nurse.He made me feel so at ease all the way through my treatment and explained everything to me clearly.I felt no pain at all and will definitely be going again . Thank you

Like many patients that have left the review on this dentistry before my teeth weren't the best and through lots of local dentists who are over priced and unable to help me. Very good service, able to be seen almost immediately. Was seen for a check up and was advised I needed a filling. Was offered a next day appointment which I thought was really prompt. No issues with the treatment on the day and the aftercare was excellent.

I went for a routine check up and was happy with the service but I was disappointed that COVID rules were not being followed. I was the only one in the waiting room wearing a mask including the receptionist and my appointment was delayed by 30 minutes. The dental nurse also walked into the room during my appointment with her mask under her chin. Working in a hospital myself and seeing how things should be done I was very unhappy with the lack of safety measures. My elderly parents are also patients at the surgery and I would not be happy with them going in for an appointment given the experience I had.

This practice is truly amazing.....I do have a fear of dentists but these guys here don't half make you feel at ease and they go out of there way to explain everything.........I would trust 💯 with my teeth....my kids like our dentist as hes a Liverpool supporter and they have good chats.....overall great practice and lovely team x
