I experienced terrible toothache and had an emergency appointment to have a tooth extracted. A couple of weeks later another tooth became very loose and I had this extracted. Another two teeth needed to be extracted so in all I had four teeth extracted. Fortunately these teeth were located next to each other and at the back of the mouth so you can not see the missing teeth. Thankfully all others remain in place.The dentist was very polite and made you feel at ease and was very informative answering my questions.

This was a routine appointment delayed because of the COVID lock down. No serious issues identified but recommended a session with the hygienist. This was arranged for immediately after the dental examination leaving my teeth clean and fresh. A satisfied customer.

I had my first, very nervous, visit on Friday. I chose this dentist due to my son having treatment here. My son consulted several dentists as he needed complex treatment. The dentist he saw at Synergy provided the most comprehensive explanation and gave a time frame for each process which included a bone graft. The finished result is outstanding. So on my first visit my dentist Mo was kind, patient and reassuring. He said he needed to build my trust. I told him about my son. Turns out Mo is the one who did the work and now he will be my dentist. I am delighted about that. I only had a check up and x- ray but I am returning next week for my treatment. I have a deep rooted fear of dentists but I know I am in safe hands with Mo. If you are like me give Synergy a try. Catherine

Having left my aching tooth as long as I could, I called for an appointment during a Tier 3 lockdown. Surprisingly, for a normally busy practice, they were able to see me within a week. The service I received was as I expected, the dentist was professional and understood my problem. He gave me a plan and further advice which I decided to take up and he did not try a hard sell, which is welcome. Two things could be improved - i) I received 3 texts daily before the appointment plus a 'phone call. Perhaps a single text 2 days before plus the call a day before would be sufficient and not verge on the irritating? ii) Receptionists ignore you in the queue until they are ready. Perhaps an acknowledgment to say they've see you standing and will see to you shortly would be nice.

I was a very nervous patient, petrified of the dentist, until I started receiving treatment at Synergy. I had not been to the dentist in over 7 years and the longer I left it the more apprehensive I was becoming.
As you can imagine quite a bit of work is needed on my teeth after such a long time and not once have I felt judged or uncomfortable.
All of the staff are lovely and so welcoming. The dentist who I am receiving the treatment from has been so informative and made me feel at ease each time I have visited and I now look forward to my dental appointments.
I am due to have Invisalign and cannot wait to see the results.
I have recommended Synergy to numerous people already and will continue to do so.

I lost a filling in lockdown and finally plucked up the courage to go and get it refilled. I had some very bad experiences when I was a child with a dentist so I get very nervous still. At synergy my dentist is kind and gentle. He assured me there would be no pain and there wasn't. My tooth is filled and I am happy.

I have been petrified of dentists for as long as I can remember, so when I was in alone with toothache I reluctantly made an appointment. I was terrified walking in, but when I explained to the dentist how scared I was, he was amazing. He explained everything to me, he told me exactly what he was going to do and he kept checking to make sure I was okay throughout. Hand on heart I couldn't have asked for a more reassuring and caring dentist!

Had an invisilign consultation with Dr Adam. Very professional and friendly in advising me on what will be done. Going ahead with the invisiligns! Synergy is also affordable compared to other dentists who over charge. 100% recommend

I chose to get Invisalign through Synergy Dental Clinic and it has been such a hassle free process so far! The staff are all lovely and Aunkit Vaja is so good at explaining your journey with you and he also makes sure that you are happy with everything before committing. The prices are good and the service is excellent.

I'm not a fan of dentists at all. I'd never had a filling before and wasn't looking forward to it at all. The dentist at great harwood calmed me down and even put some music on so I felt relaxed. I need another one doing and i'm not as worried

I have had a difficult time at dentists over many years so it took a great deal of courage to book an appointment and even more to walk into the surgery....
I am so glad that I did.
The staff are relaxed and friendly, the dentists and nurses actually smile and laugh and talk to you to involve you fully in your treatment plan.
I'm hopefully now, finally, on my way to better dental future with and regular check ups and even some cosmetic work - steady on! |

Very nervous around needles when visiting the Dentist but Dr Bagasi and Sarah and team have been fantastic at putting me at ease throughout my treatment, very patient and explains each step of the treatment as going along, making sure I am at ease.

This was my first time using Synergy Dental Clinic, I was highly impressed with the overall experience, from the "easy to use" online booking service, polite friendly reception staff and Doctor. Mo was fantastic. He fixed identified my issue and my tooth the same day. I will be using the dental practise from now on. Highly recommended.
