Frieda saw me this week at at short notice for an earwax removal. She took her time to remove some very stubborn wax from the right ear. Frieda was very reassuring and professional throughout, thoroughly recommended 👍🏼

However, Frieda was very professional and reassuring. A pain free extraction of unwelcome, excess wax was quickly completed for us both. Also another big plus point, at a lower cost than any other " suction" specialist!! Would definitely recommend 🤗

Freida has been amazing with my 92 year old mum who suffer with dementia. I called Ears2hear for a home visit to my mum's nursing home, her hearing with hearings aids was terrible. Frieda removed a considerable amount of wax before locating a hearing aid battery lodged well in her left ear canal which had been previously been overlooked by a nurse. The battery was so far in it was very difficult to identify what it actually was. The battery had been in the ear for over 4 weeks wax and skin had accumulated over the battery. A&E stepped in and remove it together with a scan. If Frieda had not identified the battery I dread to think what would have happened.
Frieda has an extremely sophisticated toolkit including a tiny camera which took the photo. I produced the photo to hospital doctor's who found it very useful. Also Frieda had a tiny magnet which the A&E doctor used finally to extracted the battery.
I would highly recommend Freida she is very professional, incredibly patient and so determined to solve problems in the ear. She is punctual and takes great pride in delivering a superb service.

Freida was incredibly knowldgeable and friendly and guided me through every part of the process. She identified my hearing loss and kindly offered to guide me through various alternatives to help this situation. She also only charged me for the actual service she provided and not for one I did not need. I cannot recommend her highly enough and she is so kind, friendly and helpful I will recommend her to all of my friends.

Just had my ear cleaned out by Frieda Ellis and I can hear so much better . I realise now how totally blocked my ear was.

Extremely happy with my session with Frieda. It took her an hour of irrigation, suction and drops but eventually she managed to clear my ear. Friendly, professional and informative throughout, can't recommend her enough if you're suffering from blocked ears!
