Good friendly set of lads.Glyn came and made sense of my uneven front garden. They sorted my drainage issues, helped to minimise a flash flood problem that’s really caused by a water company maintenance failure, and put down a smart driveway. Attention to detail was good.Price was fine and more realistic than some quotes we have had.

I passed first time due to the instructor I had Mr Ash, he gave me everything I needed to know from my lessons, and told me everything I needed to improve on which helped me pass. I couldn't ask for a better instructor really supportive, patient, kind and you can have a laugh with him just overall a great person and instructor.

Middlebrook Property Maintenance provides a complete range of property maintenance services to customers in the Walsall and West Midlands area
After 18 months of trying to find a builder who would carry out the work I required, I discovered Middlebrook Property Maintenance. So glad I did. From the first meeting Sean listened to what I needed doing, gave me advice and guidance. Last week the work was started. Connor and his team were punctual, polite, efficient, tidy, with great attention to detail. They have done an amazing job, despite the weather. I couldn't be happier with the result. From the first point of contact, I have been kept up to date, informed of what would happen, when things would arrive, etc. There customer service has been first class. Thank you for reinstating my trust, that there are professional companies out there, who will undertake the work. I would definately recommend Sean, Connor and team. They will be my first call next time, I require work doing.

Having had a bad experience with another broker I looked

He was always contactable if needed, offered great advice and the best deals, even during the mortgage application he found a cheaper rate. Aldridge fireplaces were really accommodating, understood the brief and turned the work around in super quick time including fixing the fireplace and surround plumb when the wall (we’re a 1930s solid brick house throughout).
Clean, quick, quality and good value. It meant we could also then stick to programme on our flooring too. Any delays would’ve been costly.
