We visited Aldridge fireplaces a few months ago. Everyone in the showroom were really helpful. We went ahead and booked in to have a media wall built. Dan communicated with my husband throughout the whole process. He was very helpful and patient as we changed our minds a few times as were undecisive 🤦♀️ we were given help and advice to get to the decision of what we were happy with. We also had to change the date of our build and Dan was really understanding and accommodated our needs.
Neil and Tony who built the media wall were both very polite, hardworking and communicated with me though the whole build.
The plasterers were also polite, hard working and tidy. All tradesmen were one-time each morning.
We are over the moon with it and can't wait for it to be painted.

Great service from start to finish, came out to messure up quickly and a time/date that suited me as I work shifts its just what I needed. On the day of fitting the fitter was very swift and efficient and even when he noticed that when I had my boiler changed that the gas had been cut off to the fire place he work quickly too sort that out, he was a nice guy as well. Fire looks great and service was second to none. Thanks so much.

Excellent service. Old brick fireplace removed, replastered and new fire place fitted. We used existing fire (bought from Aldridge Fire Places 5 years ago), which was cleaned and refitted by the installer. All work completed on time. Very efficient and tidy.

Had a log burner fitted from these and really pleased. Good products, great fitters and also works very well. Definitely worth checking these out if you need a log burner, normal fire or even a surround. Thanks

I purchased a mantel beam for my chimney breast and am really pleased. It was fitted in less than an hour and so neatly done. Excellent service and very helpful staff and would definitely purchase from here again. Highly recommend.

So happy with the fireplace that we ordered from Aldridge Fireplaces. Just fits into the living room like it's been there the entire time. Dan kept me informed from start to finish and was very reliable. Greg who fitted the fireplace was so lovely and there was no mess whatsoever. Both men were very punctual regarding times. Would highly recommend this company if you are considering getting a fireplace.

Great service. Lots of fires and fireplaces on show to choose from. All work was carried out as planned and on time. The fitter was very competent and efficient. We are very pleased with the fire and fireplace. Aftercare was excellent, (when we needed a later issue resolving, it was dealt with professionally and to our satisfaction without delay).
