New garage door fitted in less than 1 1/2 hours, no mess and old door taken away. Friendly and efficient service from the moment we decided to order - ordered and fitted within 4 days. Would definitely recommend.
Further to my original review - within a couple of days of installation our lovely whilte door had a large stain all down it, not wanting to damage the surface I asked what I could use to clean it - warm soapy water - didn't work. Then they suggested window cleaner or as a last resort WD40 - neither touched it so we asked them to come out and look at it which they did and by the chemical smell when we returned just after they'd left, they had tried something stronger which has lightened some of the stain but has also taken the shine off that part of our new door! The company is not now returning our phone calls or replying to emails, we just want to know how a low maintenance garage door could be stained so much within a couple of days that we are now having to think about painting it!

From quote to installation a top notch professional service. Andrew and his team kept in touch all the way through the process, and were extremely helpful. I had other quotes, but i am so glad i chose West Mids...they were superb...and a big thanks to the fitters who left the place spotless. Here's a video of my new garage door.

We are more than pleased with the Hormann sectional electrically operated garage door than WM have just installed for us. The fitters did a great job and the result looks great.
We had to wait a few weeks between ordering and instalation but that is because the door was made to order to ensure the sections were equally sized to fit the height of the opening. No up-front payment was required though - we were only asked to pay on completion of the job.
When we had to ask for the agreed instalation date to be changed at short notice due to an unexpected diary clash, this was arranged easily with no fuss.

I have recently had a garage door fitted by WM and have found the service to be friendly and efficient. The price was competitive, no payment was requested until the job was complete and I am happy to recommend them. They made the door choices simple and explained the differences, no pushy sales tactics, no problems at all - Simply a fuss free transaction. The installation was also performed in a professional manner, taking only a few hours to complete leaving no mess behind. They even take the old ones away. Thanks WM!

Great quality product, no pushy sales. Installation was quick and well done, despite an unexpected issue with the fit, which didn't phase the installers. Only downside was lack of communication between the time I placed the order and getting a fitting date. Didn't hear anything for about six weeks, otherwise it would have been a 5 star review. That aside, very pleased overall.
