Good, personal service. A prompt inspection visit in early October 2020 after my initial enquiry was made by a representative and an agreement for installation sometime in January 2021 was confirmed verbally on the day. There was no further communication until a phone call in January to inform me that my garage door was 'now ready for installation'. A date and time slot was confirmed and the installation team arrived within the agreed time frame. The installation was carried out quickly and efficiently, my old garage door was taken away and the area was left in a clean and tidy manner by the polite and professional team. So far the garage door has performed as it should with no concerns.
Just a little more communication on progress in the early stages and some formal/in writing agreement I think would improve the otherwise excellent service.

Great service and communication from WM garage doors told from outset it would be 10/12 week delivery for the doors I had chosen but that was no problem had call at about the 12 week to arrange fitting then call on morning to ask if still ok , so everything first class

We had a composite front door fitted and are now awaiting the fitting of a new garage door. The quality of the door and workmanship of the fitters is top class, we've had great comments from neighbour's and even the take away delivery driver commented on what a great looking door it was, praise from everywhere and fully deserved, can't wait for my garage door to be done. Thank you for your service, from the office to the fitters everything was excellent.

WM Garage Doors fitted my new Seceuroglide electric roller garage door 29/05/20. They came out and gave a free quote with no pressure to buy and gave good advice on what to go for to fit my needs. They did a super installation and the two doing the install were very friendly and polite and tidied up all the mess at the end. Garage door looks fantastic. WM Doors were recommended to me by a friend and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Very friendly and efficient. Only took approx an hour and a half to remove old garage door and fit new one which was supplied and fitted at a very competative price .Fitters tidied up afterwards and I would certainly recommend this company to others. Subsequently fitted facia boards which were not intially available due to current circumsatnces, when garage doors were fitted. Again this was done to a high standard of workmanship by friendly fitters who completed the task within a couple of hours. Would definately use this company in the future.
