The arboretum is a pleasant place to walk and relax and there is a great range of trees. Of course it is not on the same scale as Batsford or Westonbirt but if one is visiting Walsall it is well worth having a stroll around the park which has other attractions

A flat easy walking park with pretty boating lake and cafe. We visited to take part in 'Park Run' (a free 5km organised run or walk every Saturday at 9am). Great play park for kids with free parking too.

Had a lovely autumn walk in the park. Took the kids to the playground but was disappointed to find the toilets closed in the half term despite it being quite busy.

Restrooms: Closed when we visited during half term

Love a walk in the Park to get my steps in! On a nice day the park is beautiful especially around the lake, great for a stroll. Nice little cafe if you want a coffee etc. I park in the road right outside, usually enough spaces and so far have felt safe and comfortable in the park even with headphones on!
