Beautiful trees and a weekly ParkRun and ParkWalk every Saturday at 9am. What more could you want? (Perhaps less rain than today again!)

This outdoor space is one of the best local authority outdoor spaces we've visited. It's got everything! It's vast so, wide open spaces. There is woodland, two lakes, there is huge children's adventure playground, fitness apparatus, a visitor centre, a cafe and a bandstand (nothing on live while we were visiting)! I'm probably missing quite a few things too! Oh, dog friendly, of course (except inside the cafe and visitor centre, which is understandable). An excellent family or personal experience!

Used to live around here and it was always my go to park, there’s a huge playground, a large football/basketball cage, nice splash pad for kids and a nice garden (however I’m not sure they still open it). Overall it’s a great park to visit

It's a good park, kids love it, and they can get busy, but thats understable, the spash parks amazong for any chold any age but unfortunatelythey only operate half term times for the older lot as they shut of at 3pm term time, the toilets there are a huge let down, they are disgusting and are not hygienic for anyone, especially children
Gave a 3 star as the park itself is somewhere I would go again, but avoid the toilets if possible.

Playground: Kids love it, and the splash park
The operating times for the splash park should be more fair for older children.

Restrooms: Avoid them

Beautiful place to go for a walk. Quiet apart from the kids park especially during warmer days due to the waterpark area they have.

Great for a near town stroll, or if you are inclined a jog. Nearby children's playground too for families. Ducks and swans are here too for that bit if quackers fun.
