I have been dealing with Vibrant Networks and its associated companies for over twelve years. I'm a fussy customer, so the fact that I'm still with them speaks volumes. They are always courteous, always prompt in dealing with problems and always solve them. I rely on them 100% to keep my systems going and they've never let me down. A very nice bunch of people to deal with.

Following my recent experience with Vibrant Networks I thought I should take the time to share my positive feedback on the service I received. People are very quick to write negative things but not always so quick to point out positive feedback. The things that i was very happy with about the service is that i have always been able to get hold of someone while my issue they are working on has been going on, also when i do get through the staff have a good knowledge of me and my issue so i don't have to keep explaining and repeating myself.
