Vibrant Networks are a great company if needed when in trouble for IT Support. Many times I have called up just because certain things don’t make sense to me. Never have I had any abuse or the phone put down on me, if anything once explained what I need to do on my Pc I receive a phone call after few hours just to see if everything is up & running on my Pc. Keep up the good work Vibrant Networks & for sure If anyone I meet have issues in this type of field I will defiantly pass on details. Regards R Singh

Following my recent experience with Vibrant Networks I thought I should take the time to share my positive feedback on the service I received. People are very quick to write negative things but not always so quick to point out positive feedback. The things that i was very happy with about the service is that i have always been able to get hold of someone while my issue they are working on has been going on, also when i do get through the staff have a good knowledge of me and my issue so i don't have to keep explaining and repeating myself.
