Really great service turned up when they said they would. Scott came and measured up and then measured again. The fitter who installed the blinds was very conscientious and really helpful and showed me loads of samples.

We ordered our blinds 3 weeks ago and had them fitted today. We r extremely happy with the style of blinds we had many colours and designs to choose from.
Scott is very friendly and very professional and tidys up as he goes along he also gives you gud ideas for design etc

Sending a massive thank you to Scott at Universal Blinds.
He went to see my 84 year old mum as she needed new full length vertical blinds for her lounge. Mum feels a little bit vulnerable on her own and worries about people coming into the house. Scott went to meet her, was patient and took the time to explain the process to, talking her through the quote/order process and colour options available. Just over 2 weeks later Scott popped in to fit the blinds which look fantastic. Mum was over the moon. Great quality, very competitive price and mum is so grateful and thinks you’re a lovely man Scott 😂
