Sending a massive thank you to Scott at Universal Blinds.
He went to see my 84 year old mum as she needed new full length vertical blinds for her lounge. Mum feels a little bit vulnerable on her own and worries about people coming into the house. Scott went to meet her, was patient and took the time to explain the process to, talking her through the quote/order process and colour options available. Just over 2 weeks later Scott popped in to fit the blinds which look fantastic. Mum was over the moon. Great quality, very competitive price and mum is so grateful and thinks you’re a lovely man Scott 😂

Scott was so professional and helpful he even helped me to fix some old blinds that was broken. I love the new blinds also of cause the price was affordable. Thank you so much for all your help .
