I recently came back off holiday to find that my bathroom had been leaking causing damage to my hallway ceiling,walls and carpet,Shan at top marques insurance got onto it straight away for me and a loss adjustor was with me within 48 hours to discuss repairs,I'm really gratefull to Shan for sorting this out so quickly.

I called TMI late on a Friday afternoon to arrange my car insurance for a car that i was buying the next day and the car dealer needed my insurance documents to release the car,TMI were brilliant! they liased with the car dealer directly and emailed my insurance documents with 15 minutes,and arranged my GAP insurance cheaper than what the car dealer was offering.
