Found the service first class ! Doesn’t get much more stressful than a Birmingham to Gatwick trip and worse the return. Drivers were friendly, there early waiting for us. Made contact with us, before we called them. Highly recommended company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had to wait about ten minutes even though I’d booked an exact time. That wouldn’t normally bother me too much but I did feel vulnerable as a lady waiting on her own outside an almost deserted train station in the dark. But when the driver arrived he was very pleasant, helped with my luggage and drove carefully and with respect for other road users. Would definitely try them again

Paz was a friendly driver however we had to wait nearly 40 minutes to be collected at the airport and at 1.30am all you want to do is get home quickly. When booking the taxi prior to going on holiday, they didn’t ask for the flight number but I gave it to them so they could track the flight. It was supposed to land at 11.45pm but was delayed and we ended up landing at 1:10am. We had a message off the driver asking me to let him know when we landed but we were already waiting for our luggage by the time the message was received.
The company should be tracking the flight themselves and should have been there by the time we got out.
A pleasant journey home in the end and the price was good.

Paz took us to London & brought us back yesterday. Nothing was to much for him, he stopped for food & detoured without question. Paz is friendly, very knowledgeable of the roads in London & knew where to avoid because of build up of traffic. The taxi was comfortable & clean. I would highly recommend requesting Paz and using Tompkins of Walsall if you need a taxi. Thank you Paz for making our very long day a little easier.

After reading reviews I called the office to get a quote, the man I spoke to was very polite and didn't push me to book there and then. I am not from the area, the quote I was given was good, considering it was 2 drops and quite a distance. I would definitely recommend, and use them again. Paz was our driver who is very polite and punctual and a very good driver. Thanks for a great service

Had the pleasure of meeting Paz a couple of times. He is one of the nicest drivers I’ve met. He’s very courteous, reliable, and a good time keeper. A genuine nice person. Every driver I have had has friendly open conversation with me making my journeys very pleasant.
My last driver paz went out of his way to help me catch the train I needed to get home on time.
I highly recommend this firm I believe its one of the oldest taxi firms in the area and quite clearly the best, nothing is too much trouble and the service is always provided with a smile and a happy attitude,
