Fantastic service I'm not from the West Midlands area, I have had several drivers all are friendly and do their best to provide an excellent service,
Every driver I have had has friendly open conversation with me making my journeys very pleasant.
My last driver paz went out of his way to help me catch the train I needed to get home on time.
I highly recommend this firm I believe its one of the oldest taxi firms in the area and quite clearly the best, nothing is too much trouble and the service is always provided with a smile and a happy attitude,

We stopped at the Holiday Inn J7 M6 and Tompkins was the recommended choice of Taxi, we required a 7 seater for numerous runs around Birmingham for restaurants, a wedding and the reception and Watkins were superb. I aksed for a taxi for 13.50, and he arrived at 13.49, drove me to the Hospital quickly and efficiently, even detouring to avoid road works, new his way around the back streets, could not fault his professionalism, will use again, didn't catch his name, but please pass on my thanks
