We stopped at the Holiday Inn J7 M6 and Tompkins was the recommended choice of Taxi, we required a 7 seater for numerous runs around Birmingham for restaurants, a wedding and the reception and Watkins were superb. I aksed for a taxi for 13.50, and he arrived at 13.49, drove me to the Hospital quickly and efficiently, even detouring to avoid road works, new his way around the back streets, could not fault his professionalism, will use again, didn't catch his name, but please pass on my thanks

So impressed , these fantastic guys take my son to school every day . He has special needs ever day for over a year they have done an amazing job , tonight they went above and beyond made a hole visit to check we and my son were ok with the new Covid stuff and to make sure my son was ok ready before they were Ickes him up . That is amazing customer service . I’m so impressed and can’t thank you enough for the way you treat our son we feel so safe handing joe over every day xx
