Love this taxi firm, everyone is so friendly😁, I feel safe & always get home safely. The base operators irfan & Jimmy are so nice & helpful & are my friends. I'm picked up by a lovely lady called nahida driver 53 she's so nice & very friendly 😊 I enjoy her company she's now my friend🥰 Reccomend this taxi firm😁😁

Amazing customer service from Imaan.
I had been waiting for my uber which didn’t even arrive on time and cancelled on me. I then called up (Tomkins Taxi) and the taxi had arrived within 5 mins. Shoutout to the young lad who took the call and the driver!

Recently booked a taxi to pick up 3 clients from the train station. Driver was waiting ready and transported them to their hotel. I had to email several times to change the pick up time and the amount of passengers and nothing was too much trouble. Driver was ready and waiting the next morning to pick them up early from their hotel. The clients commented they had received a reliable and friendly service :)

I didn't catch the driver's name, but knew him as driver 1, his call sign. The driver was very friendly and polite. He waited while I picked up a friend from the train station. He was a excellent driver.
