Welcoming enough ,the prices however are more fitting for City Centre venues as in too expensive for what it is.

Went for a family Sunday lunch of 6. Starters of pork belly was nice but a little cold. Mains of roast beef included enough meat but spoilt because not enough vegetables or roast potatoes. Desert was a little on the mean side as well. A bit more effort would have made a lot of difference. On the plus side the waitress and bar staff were lovely.

Went here for the first time for a Sunday dinner, my only criticism was that my Yorkshire pudding was a bit burnt.

This is a really nice place, right next to a canal which is great to walk the dog. I was struggling to find a pub locally that allowed dogs and came across this pub whilst driving around. The food is really good and great prices too! There's always a warm welcome for us, especially my dog Jagger. A proper pub

First time coming here today, I work as a groomer at K9 Core kennels which is just 3 min drive away. Wish I’d come sooner! Wow! Mum and I went in for a quick lunch with our 3 dogs, service was fantastic, food was deliciously homemade. Will definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu. Thanks so much!

Nice local pub/restaurant next to the canal. Been here a few times and it's definitely improved in recent years compared to how it used to be. Nice atmosphere and nice location and good food/drinks.

Good range of dishes including small plates, grills and traditional mains. We had the Kleftico and steaks which were delicious and good value at about £13. Comfortable dining, good location / views of canal. Friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend.

Popped in on the off chance this evening for a bite to eat and we weren't disappointed. Wife had the BBQ chicken burger, I had the sirloin. Both really well cooked and delicious. Drinks were slightly pricey, but no moans as the food was really reasonable. Will certainly be going back.
