I have used SP Taylor a few times, on large and small jobs alike. Most recently to service a boiler which they installed.
They always turn up when they say they are going to, do the job quickly and efficiently, leaving the place as they found it.

Had a leek on the wash basin in the bathroom. Had water running through the ceiling in kitchen. Called S.P Taylor who said they would be out in 15 minutes - and they were!!! Job done in 35 minutes. Cleaned up and gone.

Do exactly what they say do, and at the time agreed. Friendly, cheerful, and they don't stop till the job is done. They advise you, listen to what you want, then crack on. No payment was asked for until the job was done and everything was working and a follow up visit was made to ensure any concerns were addressed promptly.
