My 94 year old father had a major leak in his laundry room earlier today. I rang S. P. Taylor immediately and they said someone could be there within 90 minutes. In fact a plumber arrived within just 30 minutes !! He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and made all the alterations that were required within an hour. He stayed on for a further 30 minutes to check that the changes he had made were ok. There was very little mess but even that was hoovered up before he left. A very professional job all round - thank you !

Recently booked a boiler service with S P Taylor ( not used them before ) Engineer arrived on time and did a very thorough job. He was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He was very respectful of our home and left his trainers in the porch. I would definitely use S P Taylor again and have already recommended the company to a friend of mine. Mrs Clark, Aldridge.

Called SP Taylor to upgrade part of our heating system. I was given a quote within a few days, which in my opinion was very reasonable, and when the engineer came to do the job, he was very professional and quick. He got the job done sooner than expected, and did a great job of cleaning up after himself. On completion (and after we had paid), we noticed a small leak. When we told the office about this, the engineer returned super quick to sort it out, I've heard of the horror stories of "We'll sort it" for them never to return, but I can definitely say I trust SP Taylor.

Sorry about the late review. Everyone was extremely helpful from start to finish when they refurbished our bathroom back in febuary. Very professional and offered us advice as and when we needed it. Would definately use again!

S P Taylor service my appliances. Also respond to calls for help with leaking taps/failed sink water heaters etc. They are excellent in every respect. Arrive on time/carry out work/keep to quotes given/give after sales support under their guarantee. I wouldn't use anyone else. (Tony in Streetly)

Very happy to recommend S P Taylor. Stuart and his crew did an excellent plumbing job with no quibbles. Pipes laid and concreted (at our request, since I understand this isn't standard practice) within a few hours. The plumbers disconnected and moved both the gas cooker and washing machine to get the job done, then came two days later as promised to put them back again after the concrete had dried. Very competitive prices, and the most comprehensive and fair contract I've seen provided by any tradesmen - and I'm a lawyer!
