I recently had 8 doors by Simply Doors and the service from start to finish was excellent.
From ordering the doors in the shop,the site visit from the surveyor and the install a definate 10/10 and the quality of the doors added to a very happy customer,early days yet but i would not worry if any after sales issues occoured because these guys are the real deal..

From visiting the showroom to choose from plentiful ranges of doors and handle options, having a knowledgeable survey done and prices confirmed, to finally having 14 doors replaced so seamlessly and efficiently, your service and support has been outstanding.
A big shout out to Cliff, who was an absolute legend getting what should have been 3 days work crammed into 2......he worked tirelessly (supplied with endless coffee and biscuits 😉) and the result is outstanding!!
My face was physically aching with the smiles at the transformation......before and after photos attached. 😃😃
I will most definitely be recommending you to anyone in need of doors.

We had 4 doors fitted by this company and couldn't be more pleased.Great service throughout.From Joanne so helpful in the shop,Andy measuring and then the fitting team Wayne and Aaron what a great team they are.They worked so hard ,very professional and they certainly kept us amused with their friendly banter.left everything clean and tidy. From start to finish, i was happy with the service provided. Andy came out to measure the doors and provided great advice. The fitters Wayne & the boys were friendly, polite, and respectful of my home. They took great care fitting the doors and left the my home clean and tidy.

Was 5 stars as the service , price and people who came to fit our lovely doors were amazing…dropped to 3stars as we phoned up when they were initially installed to say some latches/hinges were not the colour requested…fine was not a problem rang them up and they said they would arrange a date to fit correct ones by ringing us back up ,we have now had to call several times ,we are having to chase to see what’s happening,it’s been nearly or over 2months now since being installed and still no response on a day to get them changed,phoned up several times now regarding the issue and same thing each time ,we will be called to arrange a date,why not give me a date over the phone as we speak especially with us already having to chase from several calls now 😐a real shame as the price, staff and the fitters were excellent, just communication has been extremely poor ever since the doors were installed and money has gone out, feels like no care once they have the money and Job is classed as completed this is just how it feels if I’m being honest, Will be in touch again shortly hopefully 2 months later we can actually get a date arranged before the call ends this time.😕

Had 6 doors fitted this week. Good price and fitted brilliantly. Fitters were on time and made sure everything was perfect. Took 1 day and they left everywhere clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Simply Doors.

We had 12 doors fitted from Simply Doors and couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out. Wayne, Aaron, and Alex did a great job installing them, taking their time making sure each one looked there best. Very professional and friendly. The guys were on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy when they finished.
The quality of the doors is very good. Two did have some marks on however Wayne kindly took them back to the shop and replaced them for me! And the handles I originally chosen were out of stock at the time of fitting which was a little disappointing however re selected and still happy with the finishing look.
Overall I would definitely recommend Simply Doors and their team!

Great choice, came and measured up as promised, good communication throughout. On the day of fitting Wayne and Aaron arrived as planned and they were fantastic. Friendly, helpful but above all their attention to detail and quality of workmanship was excellent - thanks guys for all your hard work. The final result is even better than I had hoped

Great service from Simply Doors, friendly and genuine company, we dealt with Val, great communication and very efficient. Package deals are good value, good quality doors handles and hinges are included. Fitters Wayne and Aaron, were friendly , excellent and very passionate about their workmanship. Attention to detail is ‘ spot on’. They did not rush the job and fitted the doors as if they were fitting their own homes, very tidy workers. Would recommend them and this company.🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely chuffed with the quality of the doors supplied and even more so with the quality of the work carried out by the fitters they cleaned and hoovered up every spec of dust etc and left no mess at all and were very polite and easy to deal with
All round we very happy with our choice of suppliers and fitters and I would recommend anyone to use the company 100%

Wayne & his son fitted 2 doors for me. They were respectful of my new carpet and They were so tidy & just fantastic. I’m so happy with the fitting of the doors, but also the service from Simply doors on pleck road, Walsall too. Will definitely be getting all our doors from there moving forward. Thankyou 👍
