I started my journey with Louis 3 months ago - Louis has been amazing and helped to build my confidence in the gym from day1. I have been pushed to my limits each time even when I haven’t believed in myself Louis has made me prove myself wrong! I have received advice and support literally 24/7 whenever I’ve needed it regarding my diet and nutrition. I now feel strong confident and ready to reach new limits 💪

Louis is an amazing personal trainer. For years I wanted to have a PT but I put it off due to confidence issues. When I contacted Louis I knew straight away that I would get the right support and help that I needed. I stayed with Louis for 12 weeks and I could definitely notice a change in both my fitness levels and the shape of my body. He pushed me past my limits and got me to do things that I never thought I could. I would tell myself that I couldn't do it , but Louis would always tell me that I could and then I did. He definitely gave me the confidence boost that I needed. During this time I was also going through a few personal issues and Louis was very supportive with everything. Not only has he helped me physically but has also helped me mentally and helped me pick myself back up. I would 100% recommend Louis , he is one amazing PT and you can also make a good friend. Trust his process.

Louis is the nicest, most knowledgeable and motivating pt you can have. He ensures you’re pushing yourself to the most you can while being cautious if you have any injuries, but is there for you every step of the way. He also shares his knowledge and helps you to understand why he showed certain exercises, why form is important and helps correct you if needed. He is so approachable if you ever get stuck and need a hand with your workouts and diet. I highly recommend him. Plus he’s a great laugh.

I was recommended to Louis from a family member to enquire about a PT, so I reached out to Louis.
From the very beginning he really supported and motivated me to be confident in myself physically and mentally and in his sessions I felt in a way safe and in good hands. Outside of the gym his check up’s on you both personally and professionally in regards to diet, food prep, workouts and for me mostly was mental health are brilliant.
I never would have thought my results would be as visible from as little as 12 weeks and I have confidence wearing different clothes and using gym equipment including weights on my own which I would never have done before. As well as the above outside of the gym, Louis also brings people together to take part in running clubs, marathons and tough mudder events which I wouldn’t have been able to do physically or mentally before working with him.
I generally feel better in my day to day life and I have never known someone so commited and such a passion for their work like Louis.

I've had a 12 week PT program with Louis, This has really helped me to improve my general fitness levels, I have lost a stone in weight.

Louis has pushed me to work harder in the gym' whilst encouraging me to be accountable with food choices and has given me guidance on nutrition.

Through the process my cardio ability has improved, I have managed to stop smoking and quit vaping because of this process.

My body shape has changed, giving me more confidence in myself.
It is helping to improve my anxiety and mental health.

It has definitely been worth it.

Louis is a top PT! one of the nicest guys you’ll meet, he doesn’t stop pushing you to the max and always works hard to get the best out of you. I’ve always struggled with gaining weight but soon as I started with Louis Iv put on around 6kg and managed to maintain my new weight. He has helped me massively not just fitness wise but mentally aswell and has become a great mate to me! Can’t recommend him enough💪🏼

Have been training with LR Fitness for 10 months and am extremely happy with my 3 and a half stone weight loss. My level of fitness has exceeded my own expectations, from lifting weights to great improvements in my cardio abilities. I have Louis of LR Fitness to thank for this ,and for my new found love of fitness and wellbeing. I won’t ever be able to thank him enough. He has taught me to dig deep and push myself through barriers that I couldn’t of reached on my own without his support. Thanks for all your help.

I have been training with Louis for 6 months now and have seen a real change in my muscle tone and shape, having an autoimmune condition that affects my thyroid function I have to really focus on nutrition and eating well to stay healthy. I started to work with Louis as I needed help to tone and build muscle.
Louis has really helped me focus on getting stronger and working on my exercise form. I had picked up some bad habits not having had any 1 to 1 training before but Louis has helped me iron out any issues and pushes me to the limit to achieve the best results possible from each training session, far more than I could ever push myself!
Louis really cares about what he does and genuinely wants all of his clients to reach their full potential. I would recommend training with Louis to anyone who is considering working with him.

Never in my life would I ever of thought that I would of had a PT Instructor especially one as good as Louis, he is very passionate about his work he has pushed me to a level of fitness that I never thought I could of achieved. I'm not going to lie it hasn’t been easy & I have had to put the work in as well to achieve this but with Louis knowledge and experience and support I have lost 3.5 stone and feel fitter & healthier than ever. We have had quite a few laughs throughout our sessions, and just want to say thank you for getting me back to loving fitness & I have also gained a good friend ❤

Been with louis for over 6 months after open heart surgery. He is a brilliant PT, sports massage therapist and friend. He has tailored my training sessions taking into account many medical factors - dodgy heart, replacement elbow being just two nothing phases him! Each session is different and he pushes me to achieve what i thought was not possible and is a very genuine and professional guy who i would highly recommend to anyone

I’ve been with Louis for just under 12 weeks and due to medical circumstances I’ve had to stop training for a bit which I’m gutted about. I’ve made so much progress with Louis’s help In and out of sessions. He made it clear what foods I needed to be eating and even provided meal ideas and a grocery list which was super helpful when you’re unsure where to start. Sessions are fun and tailored to the individual to adapt to the goal you wish to reach. He also provides workout plans for you to do when you aren’t with him to keep up your progress. So gutted my journey has been cut short but can’t wait to be back and better than ever soon🤞🏼

Louis is a great professional personal trainer.

He helps me not just physicaly but mentally as well to stay motivated to believe in myself and he has shown me that I can do things which I thought id never be able to do.

With his exercise and nutrition I've lost 10kg and looking forward for more! I've got plantar fasciitis, but he did not leave me, he changed my exercise routine even found me a professional that could help with my plantar fasciitis and we still working hard

I have been training with louis for a while now, started with 2 sessions a week and recently only doing 1 session a week due to work commitments. Louis has changed my life! I started with louis when I was nearly 21 stone and have lost nearly 3 stone. The training is very hard but he motivates you and pushes you to a point where u do it, and the feeling afterwards is amazing! He has improved my fitness immensely and is always there asking how I was and how I was getting on. I have done so much varied training with him- from boxing training, HIIT training, resistance band training as well as recently started free weights training and loving every session. I cannot recommend louis anymore. He is My trainer and motivator and above all became a close friend. Get training with this man and he will change your life too!

I have had both hips replaced and an operation on my back, and before starting with Louis I struggled to get down on the floor let alone get up again!
Sixteen weeks in I’ve lost almost two stone, I can now get down and up off the floor without help. I am now doing things that I could only dream of a few years ago, Louis pushes me, but at the same time encourages me to go that bit further. I have started to get my self confidence back not just in the weight loss but in the fact I can now do things I thought I’d never be able to do again.
Louis himself is a very likeable young man with a cracking sense of humour, but also knows how to keep you motivated, he takes time to listen to you and he also provides good nutritional advice.

When starting with Louis I had no confidence at all, I hated the way I was and he helped me so so much physically and mentally. He had so much faith in me and pushed me to limits ,I didn't know I had, because he believed I could do it.

With in 12 weeks iv gained strength, lost over a stone,become more confident,learned how to control my eating habits and eat better meals guided by Louis.

Each session was a killer but I loved it and always walked out feeling so much better in my self. Couldn't be more happier with what Louis helped me achieve. Honestly the best pt you can get!

Although I am 22, quite young and supposedly active, I was having issue keeping a routine when it came to exercising and healthy eating. This was up until 12 weeks ago when I started training with Louis, More than anything, I have learnt discipline from him. He was not just a PT trying to get on with his daily work. He put effort and sweat in teaching me. I had no gym experience so he taught me the correct way of doing each exercise. He didn't show me only once and then let me to it, he did it every time I needed to. He always knew every single bit of muscle that was working and he made sure I was activating the correct group of muscles. Besides correct exercises he made sure my food was correct. It was never about dieting (which I was sick of up to that point) but about the correct combination of foods. What I most liked about him the 12 weeks is that he really did care about his client (me). Even when I had a week off he was still a "pain" checking on how I was doing.
There were days when I was feeling off and I was moody but he dealt with it, and understood. He was more than a PT these 12 weeks, he became a friend.
It was a great experience in my life which has definitely taught me a lot.

I have trained with Louis for over 5 weeks and I have seen so much dedication and effort he has put to help me achieve my goal. He is so passionate about his work and making each session different, mixing it up and challenging me. I have noticed a tremendous change in my body composition and strength level over the last few weeks when training with him. Louis is a polite,reliable,hard worker and punctual person who always tries to push you to the limit and not letting you drop in order for you to achieve the best of yourself. I thoroughly enjoyed every training sessions with Louis and will highly recommend him if you want to improve your fitness with great results.

Louis is a very enthusiastic young man who is very keen to help his clients to achieve to the best of their ability. He is encouraging in his training and conscientious about good practice and the correct use of all equipment.
He tries to make each session different so that it is interesting and building up to a higher level of fitness.

I worked with Louis for around 6 month and I was very impressed with the level of attention and commitment he showed to help me reach my goals.

After the initial consultation he drew up a detailed food plan for me and also stayed on top of me to monitor that so I could keep my progress and momentum.

I noticed a great increase in my muscle, strength and conditioning during my time with him but also noticed a change in my mindset to be more resilient and hard working. This mentality has stayed with me in throughout the rest of my lifestyle.

I would recommend Louis to anyone looking to meet their fitness goals and wanting someone that was passionate about what they do and about helping you.

I started working with louis 9 weeks ago and i could not be happier with my progress, i went with louis after having a dozen knock backs from other PT’s because of my condition leaving me with limited movement, strengh and to be honest the motivation from so many telling me no. I started with louis thinking he would give it ago then see my lack of ability an say he couldnt continue but he didnt he pushed me every session we had together after 5 weeks i was walking without my splint afew steps an also bending my leg, the day i did that louis could see the joy in my face and the accomplishment i felt, the strengh i have now is amazing an i never thort i could do it. I highly reccommend louis he will never say no or turn you away and he will get you were you want to be 🙏💪 beleive in yourself and your personal trainer he gave me that and im forever thankfull.

Louis is a good PT. He knows how to work with you to get the results. His training sessions are intense but very productive. Louis will give you feedback on your daily nutrition and training. He encourages you to record them. Call Louis if you are ready to take your fitness goal to the next level because I would recommend him.

My PT Louis Reddall is pushing me beyond what i thought i was capable of doing, every time i say i can't do it he always makes me find it in myself to push my own boundaries.

I now find i have the confidence to try new strength exercises that i thought i couldn't possibly do.

I have much better knowledge of nutrition as Louis has shown me nutritional guidance which has helped me massively reach my goals.

So if you want someone to push you and guide you step by step

I would recomend this guy,

I have been with Louis since the middle of December. My goal was to loose weight and become fitter and healthier. I was really worried at first to have a personal trainer as I was a beginner and had no confidence or clue where to start. Straight away Louis made me feel comfortable and made every session fun. I enjoy every session, Louis pushes you to your limits which has allowed me to achieve things I never thought I could! Not only does Louis provide fun and challenging sessions he also helps massively with the nutrition side. He makes daily checks with you to see what you have been eating and also makes the time to check how your feeling yourself. He also provides advice and corrects you on what you can do better to achieve your goals. Louis genuinely cares about every single one of his clients and always goes above and beyond to help them reach their goals! Louis has helped me gain more confidence and has made the process of my transformation so much fun and I cannot thank him enough.

I’ve been with Louis now for just over 4 months and I can honestly say he has changed my life. Not only does he work on your physical strength, fitness and nutrition, he helps build your confidence and gets you into the most positive head space to get to your goals.
I first came to Louis in December not really knowing what to do in the gym and needed guidance on how to use the machines and what machines/exercises would benefit me the most. I was nervous to start having a personal trainer as I knew I’d get pushed out of my comfort zone but I knew I needed that push to succeed. Louis instantly put me at ease and I was comfortable with him straight away.
Due to lockdown, I was only able to do 4 sessions in the gym and had to start outdoor sessions which focused on the more cardio side of things such as jogging and perfecting certain techniques such as squats.
After doing outside sessions for around 3 months, I was eager to get back into the gym to start more weight based exercises and straight away I was able to lift weights I never thought I could have back in December.
I still have work to do on my body but I know that with Louis I will get there and get that body I’ve alway wanted.
Louis isn’t just my PT now, he’s such a good friend and honestly cares about you and wants you to achieve everything you want.
I couldn’t recommend Louis enough💜
